Today I will share with you veg pizza recipe. Piazza is Italian cuisine, mainly is a baking type dish, but her I will represent without oven & without yeast only vegetable pizza but normally pizza baked in high temperature wooden oven. It's required like capsicum, mushroom, sweet corn, onion, mozzarella cheese or any other cheese, paneer piece etc. Let's started.
HOW TO MAKE VEG PIZZA
INGREDIENT
FOR PIZZA DOUGH
All purpose flour ( Maida )- 2 cup
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
White oil / olive oil - 11/2 tablespoons
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
FOR SAUCE
Fresh tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 3-4 cloves ( chopped )
Onion - 1 medium
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt according to your taste
FOR TOPPING
Capcicum sliced - 1 medium
Onion - 1 medium
Mushroom - 3-4 ( sliced )
Paneer - 100 gm
Corn - 2 tablespoons
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese - grated ( as your taste )
PROCESS
FOR MAKING DOUGH
Take a large mixing bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, salt, curd mix everything properly.
Then add water as required and make a very soft dough. Knead it for five to six minutes. Cover it and keep it aside for an hour.
FOR MAKING SAUCE
Take a pan pour oil heat it. Add chopped garlic and onion, saute until the onions light golden brown in colour.
Add fresh tomato puree, sugar, salt, vinegar. Mix well. Next add oregano, chilli flakes. Mix it. When water is properly evaporate from sauce and become thick turn off the gas. Keep it aside.
FOR MAKING PIZZA
Take a pizza pan, grease it with little oil. Now divided the dough in two portions ( according to your pizza pan size ).Keep the dough in the pan and spread it like chapati with your fingers properly. Pizza bread is thicker than Chapati.
Incision the bread all over through the fork. Next spread the pizza sauce with a spoon all around the bread.
Add grated mozzarella cheese and spread it properly.Then add capcicum slices, onion slices, mushroom slices, paneer pieces, and corn.
Next sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, grated cheese from top.
Spread some oil in all sides of bread by the kitchen brush.
Take a heavy based karai, pour 250 gm salt in side the karai, heat it and keep a stand on karai. Now keep your pizza in a preheated karai.
Bake the pizza until the cheese will melt & pizza become light golden colour. Remember pizza must serve warm condition.
USEFULL NOTE
May you can use chicken pieces for topping ( for non veg pizza) or any vegetables as your choice. If you want using microwave bake it in preheated oven at 200°c for 15 - 20 minutes.
