HOMEMADE FUDGY BROWNIE RECIPE WITH EGG| WITHOUT EGG BROWNIE RECIPE

Hi! friends I will represent who to make chocolate brownie at home it is a very simple recipe. A chocolate brownie is a baked square or rectangular chocolate dessert it made with chocolate & flour. Brownie is fudgy either cakey depending on their density. Brownie is wonderful sweet dessert that everyone loves eating. You con add nuts or chocolate chunks to your brownies or serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream as per your choice here i will share two brownie recipe, with egg & without egg. Follow the recipe step by step. let's started.

HOW TO MAKE BROWNIE WITH EGG

INGREDIENTS

Dark chocolate - 200 gm
Butter ( melted )/ olive oil - 1/2 cup
Sugar ( powder ) - 11/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Coco powder - 1/4 cup
Egg - 3 no.
Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

PROCESS

At first preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Take a square baking pan , grease it with butter and dust with some flour or place a butter paper.

Next take dark chocolate in a bowl, melt the chocolate in double boiler method or microwave for one minute. Add melted butter or olive oil in it and mix it properly.

Then take a bowl all purpose flour, coco powder, salt, baking powder. Mix well them and sieving it with a sever.

Next take a another big bowl add sugar, eggs one by one. Beaten well until sugar properly dissolve. Then add chocolate mixture, mix it well. 


Now add dry ingredients in the egg chocolate mixture, mix them until well combined and and add vanilla essence. Mix it. The cake batter is ready.


Pour the cake mixture into the grease pan and spread evenly, tap it to remove the bubble from it.

Bake it in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180°C. Insert a toothpick to check the in the Brownie. If toothpick comes out clean, your brownie is ready. Cool down it completely.

Remove the brownie from the mould & cut it desire shape and serve it. let's enjoy the taste of Brownie.

HOW TO MAKE BROWNIE WITHOUT EGG

INGREDIENTS

Dark chocolate - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Powder sugar - 3/4 cup
Coco powder - 1/4 cup
Olive oil/ Melted butter - 1/2 cup
Butter milk/ Milk - 3/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt one pinch
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

PROCESS

At first preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Take a square baking pan grease it with butter and dust with some flour or place a butter paper in it.

Take a bowl add dark chocolate, melt the chocolate in double boiler method or microwave for one minute. Add melted butter or olive oil. Mix them very well.

Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, powder sugar. Mix all ingredients and sieving  it with a sieving.

Then take a big bowl pour the chocolate mixture,add dry ingredients mix them and add butter milk or milk mix gradually. Make a smooth batter. The cake batter is ready.

Pour the cake mixture into the grease pan and spread evenly. Tap it to remove the bubble from it.


Bake brownie for 25- 30 minutes at 180°C. Insert a toothpick to check in the Brownie, If the toothpick comes out clean not sticking your Brownie is ready. Cool down it completely.
 
Separate the Brownie from the corner with a knife and remove the Brownie from the mould. Cut the Brownie any desire shape as per your choice and serve it. Enjoy the taste of Brownie.


USEFUL NOTE

May you use walnuts to make walnut Brownie. You can make Brownie in the gas oven. Take a karai or pressure cooker pour 1/2 Kg salt inside and heat it for 7-10 minutes. Then keep a stand in it and keep cake container on it. Close the lid, remove whistle and bake it.
