HOW TO MAKE YELLOW RICE
INGREDIENTS
White oil - 1/4 cup (Ghee 2 tablespoon)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 1 (fine slices)
Cinnamon stick - 2 pieces
Clove - 4 no.
Green cardamom - 2 no.
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Thick coconut milk - 2 cup
Water - 2 cup
Salt according to your taste
PROCESS
At first half boiled the basmati rice and strain it. Keep it aside.
Then take a karai pour oil or ghee heat it, add onion slices. Fry it until brown colour (it called beresta ) strain from the oil. Keep it aside.
Next add cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom in same oil. Saute for one minute, add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. Saute them in low flame.
When raw smell is gone add pre boiled rice, lightly mix it and add thick coconut milk, water and salt according to your taste. Mix well and cover it with a lid until rice is properly cook. Your YELLOW rice is ready.
HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN GLASSY
INGREDIENTS
Onion - 2 big (Chopped)
Tomato - 2 no. (Chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 2 tablespoon
Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
Sweet mango pickle - 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick - 2 Inch
Bayleaf - 1 no.
Black pepper powder - 11/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
White oil - 4 tablespoons
Salt according to taste
PROCESS
Then take a karai pour oil heat it. Add marinated chicken pieces and fry the Chicken until brown colour. Put in a plate & keep it aside.
Next add chopped onion, bayleaf, cinnamon stick and fry until golden colour. Then add ginger garlic paste, saute well. If you want add little oil before adding onion.
Now add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, vinegar, Soya sauce, chopped tomatoes. Saute well in low flame.
When oil is separated from the gravy add chicken pieces, 2 cup water and cover it, cook in low flame. When gravy is thick and Chicken pieces is properly cook add sweet mango pickle. Mix it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Check salt according to your taste.
Switch off the gas flame, your Chiken Glassy is ready.
Serve with your Yellow rice, fried rice, paratha, naan, roti. Enjoy.
