Today I will share a healthy SOYA NUGGETS recipe.Soya chunks are a great source of protein and fibers. Soya nuggets roll is easy to make and very tasty and nutritious. It is very good for kids. It is perfect for breakfast, dinner and office lunch box, tiffin box. Soya nuggets are good source of protein for vegetarians. Here I use Soya granules. All ingredients are available in local market. So, start your morning with a healthy breakfast. Let's started.
HOW TO MAKE SOYA NUGGETS ROLL
INGREDIENTS
FOR STUFFING
Soya granules - 1 Cup
Hung curd - 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon ( cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, nutmeg, maece, coriander seeds, cumin seeds)
Salt to taste
Mustard oil - 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
FOR DOUGH
All purpose flour (Maida)/ wheat flour - 2 cup
Soaked Soya granules - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Water as required
FOR MAKING SOYA NUGGETS ROLL
Onion - 1 ( sliced )
Cucumber - 1( Chopped )
Tomato ketchup
Kasundi
Garam masala powder
PROCESS
FOR MAKING DOUGH
Take a large bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, sugar,oil, Soya granules ( soaked in hot water and drained ). Mix all ingredients very well. Add water , knead it and making a medium soft dough. Keep it aside.
MAKING STUFFING
At first SOYA granules soak in hot water for 5 minutes and squeeze it very well. If you don't have Soya granules, you can use Soya nuggets. Soak and corasly paste it.
Take a bowl add Soya granules, Hung curd, salt, garlic paste, mustard oil, garam masala powder, lemon juice. Mix all ingredients very well. Rest for 20 minutes.
Then take a pan add mustard oil ( you can use any oil, as your choice ), heat it.
Now add marinated SOYA granules. Saute well. Your Stuffing is ready, cool it.
MAKING SOYA NUGGETS ROLL
At first knead the dough once again, divided the medium size balls. Take a board sprinkle with some flour. Keep the dough on the board, roll it like a chapati with a rolling pin.
Fry it into the hot tawa on medium flame. Fry it both side until golden brown colour.
Same process with the remaining dough. Ready your paratha. Now take one piece paratha, keep it in the plate.
Then keep some SOYA stuffing, keep some onion slices, cucumber pieces, tomato ketchup, kasundi on it. Sprinkle one pinch garam masala powder.
Roll the paratha, do the same process with all parathas. Ready your SOYA NUGGETS ROLL. Serve it with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
