HOW TO MAKE SOOJI BADAM BARFI | EASY SOOJI BARFI

Today I will share a easy and homemade sweet recipe. Which name is SOOJI BADAM BARFI. It is traditional recipe. You can make this recipe any occasion. It's taste is amazing. You can make it easily at home, all ingredients are available in your home or in local market. Basically Sooji Badam Barfi is square shape sweet. Let's started.


HOW TO MAKE SOOJI BADAM BARFI

INGREDIENTS

Semolina ( Sooji ) - 1 cup
Dry fruits - 1/2 cup ( roasted and chopped almonds, cashew )
Milk - 2 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
Food colour - 1 drop ( yellow colour )

Garnishing - chopped and raisins

PROCESS

Take a pan, pour ghee and heat it. Then add Semolina and roast until golden colour.

Then add milk, sugar. Mix them properly.

Next add chopped dry fruits. Mix and stir continue, till the mixture begins to leave the sides of pan.

Take a plate, grease with ghee. Transfer the Sooji mixture from the pan. Spread evenly. Let it cool.

When it comes in room temperature, keep it in the refrigerator for one and half an hour.


Sooji Badam Barfi is ready. Sprinkle chopped almonds and raisins. Pressed slightly.

Cut into square or diamond shape. Serve and enjoy.
