HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE PANEER POHA(PRESSED RICE)|POHA RECIPE

Today I will share a healthy breakfast recipe, which name is VEGETABLES PANEER POHA. This easy to make poha recipe is best for light and healthy breakfast. Poha is a delight for vegetarians and  also vegans. Poha recipe is very common & popular accross India. It's made for various style. You can give it to school tiffin for your children or even use in breakfast or like in evening snacks. It's make only homely things and super delicious. Let's started.


HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE PANEER POHA

INGREDIENTS

Poha ( pressed rice ) - 200 gm ( thick variety )
Potato - 1 medium ( sliced )
Green beans - 1/2 cup ( finely chopped )
Carrot - 1 carrot ( finely chopped )
Peas - 1/2 cup
Paneer - 100 gm ( cut into small pieces )
Onion - 1 medium ( finely sliced )
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Black mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 5-6
Green chilli - 3 no.
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon ( optional )
Salt to taste

PROCESS

At first wash the Poha ( pressed rice) and strain. Only wash no need to soak it.

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute for one minute.

Then add chopped potatoes, carrot, green beans. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and fry them.

Then add sliced onion, green peas. Saute them. Now add paneer pieces and mix it. Saute for few minutes.


Now add Poha, mix it well and cook till poha is heated through.

Add ghee and lemon juice. Mix lightly. You can add chopped coriander leaves and peanut.


Ready our vegetables paneer poha. Serve hot. Enjoy.

USEFUL NOTE

Always use thick poha for making poha recipe. Wash and quick strain poha for good recipe.
