Today I will share a Pasta recipe, which name is Penne pasta with winter vegtables. This pasta recipe I am using penne pasta, winter vegtables and some spices. It is an ideal lunch box, breakfast recipe and can also be treated as kids recipe too. May you try this homemade tasty and healthy pasta. Let's started.
HOW TO MAKE PENNE PASTA WITH WINTER VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS
Penne pasta - 200 gm
Olive oil/white oil - 4 tablespoons
Carrot - 1 no.( Cut into small pieces)
Green beans - 100 gm
Broccoli - 1/2 no. ( Cut into small pieces )
Red bell pepper - 1 no.
Yellow bell pepper - 1 no.
Green capcicum - 1 no.
Garlic - 1 whole ( finely chopped )
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Permeshan cheese - 50 gm
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon ( as per taste )
Basil or dry herbs - 4-5 no. Or 1 teaspoon
Salad
Cucumber - 1 no.
Tomato - 1 no.
PROCESS
Take a karai, pour one litre water, add two tablespoons salt and little oil. Bring to a boil, add pasta. When pasta properly cooked, strain and keep it aside.
Take a pan add olive oil or white oil, heat it. Add chopped garlic, saute for one minute.
Add carrot pieces, beans, broccoli, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and capcicum. Saute well.
Now add cooked pasta, salt, black pepper powder, cheese, chilli flakes and basil or dry herbs.
Mix all ingredients very well, cook it for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas flame.
Ready Penne pasta with winter vegtables. Serve hot with cucumber and tomato pieces.
