PANEER WRAP

Today I will share a healthy breakfast recipe. Which name is paneer wrap. Paneer wrap is make with whole wheat flour, paneer some spices. It is  a tasty and healthy recipe. Paneer is good for health and whole wheat flour is also good for health. Let's started.


HOW TO MAKE PANEER WRAP

INGREDIENTS

FOR DOUGH

Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour ( Maida ) - 1/2 cup
White oil - 2 teaspoons
Milk as required
Salt to taste

FOR STUFFING

Grated paneer - 1 cup
Onion - 1 medium ( finely chopped )
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli - 1 no ( chopped )
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste

PROCESS

FOR MAKING DOUGH

At first take a large bowl add whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, oil mix together well. Then add milk as required, make the dough and knead the dough nicely and rest for 10 minutes.


FOR MAKING STUFFING

Now take a pan pour oil, heat it. & add cumin seeds, fry it for one minute. Next add chopped onion, fry it until light golden brown in colour. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and saute well.

When raw smell is gone add red chilli powder, coriander powder. Mix it and saute well. Then add grated Paneer, salt and mix it properly. Fry three to four minutes.

Next add coriander leaves, stir it. Turn off the gas oven. Keep it aside.


FOR MAKING PANEER WRAP

Take a small portion from the dough and make the round shape. Add a little dry wheat flour on the board. Sart rolling it with a rolling pin. Rolling it like a chapati. Next roast the chapati into the hot pan on medium flame. Cook it on each side until light golden in colour. 

Do the same process with the remaining dough.

Now take one piece chapati, keep it in the plate.

Then keep some paneer mixture on it and roll the chapati. Do the same process with all Chapati.


Serve hot with sauce, achar, curd. Enjoy.
